Invitation. The Coach Leader is a relatively new concept in leadership and a normal step in the way we treat the business and the people we work with. If you feel the need for an upgrade in your leadership style and if you want to test for yourself the validity of the coach-leader concept, than I invite you to participate to a wise, positive and restorative open program: The Leader as Coach.
The aim of this program is the challenge. We will challenge:
- awareness related to our self-interferences but also the power sources that we have as leaders
- transforming our command & control patterns into value added and real impactful leadership approaches: inspiration, potency and autonomy.
In other words, we’ll stir self-awareness, autonomy, emotional intelligence and especially authenticity in what we are as leaders – at work, at home and with ourselves. We’ll develop coaching competencies, we’ll practice coaching conversational technics and we’ll gain a new perspective on team members’ motivation.
Structure: the program contains 3 modules of experiential workshops, scheduled in a period of six months (March 2017 – September 2017) + 3 individual coaching sessions, as follows:
- For two days, March 30 and 31, 2017 we will learn, get aware, experiment and feel different coaching concepts which can be applied in leadership.
- For one day, in May (the date will be agreed with the group), 2017, we will celebrate the changes you have already implemented in your leadership style and we’ll practice coaching conversation with a higher level of understanding
- For one day, in September, 2017, in a follow-up day, we will integrate all the learning and we’ll transform old habits in new coaching patterns
- During this time (March 2017—September 2017) I offer you 3 individual coaching sessions, in order to sustain the development needs that you might have in applying coaching skills.
- We will be playing, we will experiment, we’ll make some videos and we’ll analyze different coaching conversations.
- We will use the group as an important resource for giving/receiving/asking feedback. There will be a max of 12 interesting and interested participants, with similar level of experience in leadership, especially from multinational companies.
- I’ve conceived the program as a result of my experience in coaching and training projects. It is influenced by different perspectives: Solution Focus Coaching, Executive Coaching, Coaching for Performance and Purpose, Transactional Analysis and Qigong.
- The first four editions (Sept 2015- Nov 2016) stand also as an important continuous improvement resource.
The Curricula we’ll contain:
- The basics of coaching — 2 pillars (awareness and responsibility), the anatomy of a coaching conversation, the attitude of a coach (presence, emotional intelligence, etc), the coaching relationship (contracts for changing, establishing trust, etc)
- Coaching abilities— active listening in coaching conversations, the art of questioning, managing progress and change, coaching style feedback, taking responsibility for change
- Coaching approaches — Solution Focus , GROW model, Iceberg model (identifying power sources and interferences), Transactional Analysis
Investment: 440 Euro/participant/(4 days of workshop + 3 coaching sessions). If there are at least 2 participants from the same company, the fee is Euro 410. The fee includes also the lunch for the 4 training days.
Venue: Merlot Restaurant, Timisoara, Conference room, 1st floor.

Intelegerea stilului nostru de prezentare si blocajele pe care le experimentam
Comunicare verbala si non-verbala in timpul unei prezentari
Tehnici de captare a atentiei si de adaptare la audienta
Tehnici de mentinere a atentiei publicului, sintetizare informatii, incadrare in timp
Tehnici de gestionare a emotiilor si gestionare a situatii dificile din public
Metoda de lucru va fi una de tip Solution Focus. Ne vom folosi si de Analiza Tranzactionala.
Programul este practic si pragmatic 100%, scurtele interventii teoretice avand loc doar in analiza filmarilor pentru a sustine constietizarile si schimbarile. Fiecare participant va avea cel putin 3 prezentari, dintre care 2 filmate.
Feedback-ul va fi unul constructiv si specific, bazat pe un chestionar personalizat si va fi completat atat de cel care a prezentat (auto-evaluare) cat si de ceilalti participanti din grup.
Investitia in program, care cuprinde 3 zile de workshop si 2 sedinte individuale de coaching/fiecare participant este de 345 Euro. Costul include masa de pranz si pauzele de cafea in toate cele 3 zile de workshop.
